Terms of service

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your confirmation, and a contract exists from that point.

We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after taking payment, you are refunded in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable duties where stated. Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment is taken through Stripe, PayPal or Adyen. We never see or store your card details.

Estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — a carrier delay is not a breach of these terms. Every order is tracked, and the tracking page updates as the parcel moves.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within fourteen days and we will replace it.

Sixty days, opened or unopened. Send back whatever is left and we refund the whole line, including the part you used.

Refunds go to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving. Delivery charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists and usage guidance are provided in good faith and kept current, but they are not medical advice.

Nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, taking prescribed medication, or managing a health condition, speak to a physician before starting a supplement.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has it.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of the returns policy, or abuse of our staff.

Reviews are moderated before publication. We remove abuse, spam and anything defamatory — we do not remove a review for being negative, and we never edit the text of one.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law does not permit such a limit — which includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud.

The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it. Changes are never applied retroactively.
